Today there was a Christian based anti gay group speaking on SUNY Albany grounds. Campus Pride organized a bit of a peaceful protest, ribbons and flags and signs and stuff. Someone was standing over me with two flags in hand for this one.
The group consisted of 3 people, and only 2 or 3 students were supportive of them. Even a few of the christian groups on campus were openly against the group. Unsupported homophobic biggots on campus ftw ><
wow!!! we had an anti-gay christian guy on campus a few weeks ago. there was a huge crowd of people arguing with and screaming at him, wearing rainbow flags, drawing pro-gay messages on the ground in chalk, handing out fliers. There were lesbian couples kissing and getting screamed at by this man about how they're disgraces. the next day, a christian campus group held up signs (in the rain, no less, tho they were under these giant umbrellas we have) apologizing for the christians who don't love like christ did. Now I want to go stage a march at SUNY albany. pro-gay!!! woo!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
